These terms govern use of biotechspeptides.com and orders placed through the website. They should be read with our Privacy Policy, Shipping information, and Refund and Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website and product purpose

Products are supplied for lawful laboratory, analytical and in-vitro research only. They are not medicines, foods, cosmetics or products for human or veterinary use. Website material is general product and research information, not medical, diagnostic or treatment advice.

Eligibility and lawful use

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. By ordering, you confirm that you have the facilities, competence and authority required for the intended research and that your purchase, possession, import and use comply with all applicable laws and institutional rules.

Product information

We aim to describe products, quantities, specifications and available documentation accurately. Images may be illustrative and screen colours can vary. Availability, packaging and specifications may change where reasonably necessary. Any analytical document relates only to the batch or sample identified on that document.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch, unless we contact you to decline, cancel or refund the order because of availability, payment, legal, safety or destination restrictions.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in GBP unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. Applicable delivery charges and taxes are shown before order submission where the site can calculate them. Payment must be authorised using an available checkout method. We may correct an obvious pricing error before acceptance and will give you the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a refund.

Delivery, customs and delays

We deliver to eligible UK and international destinations. Available services and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout or in the Shipping information. Estimates are not guarantees. International customers are responsible for checking import rules and for any customs charges, duties or taxes imposed by the destination. We may cancel an order where lawful delivery cannot be completed.
