Refund and Returns Policy
Last updated: 16 September 2026
This policy explains how to request a cancellation, return, replacement or refund. It does not reduce any statutory rights that apply to your order.
Before dispatch
To request cancellation before dispatch, email info@biotechspeptides.com with the order number as soon as possible. If processing or carrier collection has already begun, cancellation may no longer be possible and the returns process may apply instead.
Changed-mind returns
Contact us before sending anything back. Where a changed-mind return is legally available, the item must normally be unopened, unused, unaltered, in its original packaging and stored in accordance with the supplied information. We will provide return instructions and tell you whether return postage is your responsibility.
Items that cannot be resold safely
A return may be refused where an item has been opened, used, tampered with, damaged after delivery, stored incorrectly or cannot safely be returned to stock. This does not affect remedies for an item that was faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
Damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders
Contact us promptly after delivery with the order number and clear evidence of the issue. Keep all packaging while the claim is reviewed. If the claim is accepted, the appropriate remedy may be a replacement, missing item, repair where relevant, price reduction or refund.
Return authorisation
Do not return goods without instructions. Unauthorised parcels may be delayed, refused or sent to the wrong location. Approved returns should be securely packaged and sent using the method provided in the return instructions.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing time is outside our control. Original or return delivery costs are refunded only where required by law or expressly agreed for the accepted claim.
How to contact us
Email info@biotechspeptides.com and include the order number, purchaser name, affected item and requested outcome. We may ask for additional information reasonably needed to verify the order and assess the request.
